Colorado Christian Voter Guide 2026

2026 Midterm Election · Ballots due Tuesday, Nov. 3, by 7 p.m.

“Our faith should inform our politics, not the other way around.”

Vote Republican, top to bottom.

No party is the church, and no candidate is your savior. But on the questions where Scripture speaks plainly, Colorado's two parties stand on opposite sides. Here are the three that settle it.

1

Life

In 2024, Colorado wrote abortion into its constitution and lifted the ban on paying for it with public money. State law sets no limit at any stage of pregnancy. Democrats wrote and defend those laws; Republicans are working to protect the unborn.

“You knit me together in my mother's womb.”
PSALM 139:13
2

Children

This ballot asks whether boys can compete on girls' teams and whether minors can undergo surgery to change their sex characteristics (Props 134 and 135). Republicans back protecting kids; Colorado's Democratic leadership has spent years moving the law the other way.

“Male and female he created them.”
GENESIS 1:27
3

Religious liberty

The Democratic Party has persistently tried to persecute Christians with the power of the state. Phil Weiser, now the Democratic nominee for governor, was attorney general when Colorado lost 303 Creative (2023) and Chiles v. Salazar (8-1, 2026) at the U.S. Supreme Court.

“We must obey God rather than human beings!”
ACTS 5:29
